The ENPE Working Groups workshop, held in Coimbra, Portugal on the 27-28 October 2025 which focussed on the Environmental Crime Directive 2024/ 1203; specifically Prosecuting Legal Persons produced a report which is now available to download (see below). 

The report provides an overview of each presentation, what was discussed and a short summary of any questions raised.
